Steve “The Fixer” has been an integral part of the Frazier’s team for over 20 years. Before joining the company, he spent two decades hanging gutters and running his own successful Gutter business. In the early 2000s, Steve came on board to improve Frazier’s Gutter department.

Thanks to his unmatched work ethic and deep industry knowledge, Steve quickly became the go-to guy for getting things done—earning him the nickname “The Fixer.” Over the years, he took on increasing responsibility and was promoted to Production Manager, overseeing both Gutter and Roofing Operations.

Under Steve’s leadership, the Production side of the business has become more efficient, reliable, and successful—helping to drive Frazier’s continued growth and reputation for quality.
